I ordered one with the submitted pic of my 13 ribbon bar, Immediately got confirmation that the photo was received, a short time later I received a message to review the patch and although the colors were not identical it was close enough the finished patch was awesome the colors not as bright as a brand new ribbon bar you put together but vary outstanding and all the stars and devices were perfect
