The order process
THE PROCESS (what to expect after you place your order): We make your custom made ribbon patch on an individual basis. Once we receive your order, we'll make up a software preview of your badge and email it to you for approval.
👉 Check your email (3-4 days): Please keep an eye on your email, we'll usually reach out to you within 3-4 business days after you've placed your order with your software preview. Make sure you check all the details carefully on the preview, once you've given the go-ahead on the design, we will not able to make any changes since your badge will already be in production. Since these badges are custom-made we do not accept returns/exchanges on medal ribbons.
👉 Production time (7-10 days): Following your approval of the software preview, the time required to produce your patch is 7 to 10 days.

usa shipping policy
If you're ordering from the USA, your order will be shipped direct from our USA location in Largo, FL. Parcels are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, and cost is flat rate of $12 USD. You'll get an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
You will then be able to track your package through the USPS website.
Canada shipping policy
If you're ordering from Canada, your order will be shipped direct from our Canadian location in Fredericton, NB. Parcels are shipped out via Canada Post Expedited, and cost is flat rate of $13 CDN. You'll get an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
You will then be able to track your package through the Canada Post website.
For Canadian customers when checking out you'll notice 3 delivery options available for selection. Please note these delivery times are in addition to the time it takes to make your embroidered badge.

Signature over $80
All orders that are valued at over $80 USD will be sent with a signature requirement.
In recent years the rise of package theft has increased substantially. In order to combat this issue we will put a signature requirement on any orders over $80. If you do not wish to have this on your shipment, then please contact us to let us know (if your order is lost or stolen however we are not liable).
International orders
Please contact us at hana@cpgear.com with details of what you'd like to order, along with your shipping address, so that we can get back to you with a quote for the shipping options to your location.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us at embroidery@cpgear.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding shipping. We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- The order of your medals. Please examine the artwork proof we provide to you very carefully and correct any mistakes prior to giving us the "go ahead" to move to production. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we don't proof images that customers provide to processing.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as backing (Velcro/no Velcro) or fabric colour.
Please triple check the artwork proof email we provide to you (you'll receive this within 3-4 days after placing your order) and let us know of any changes. Once you've given is us the go-ahead, we will have started production on your order and any changes/modifications/additional changes to your order will not be accepted, and you will need to re-order.
