The Process

  • Step 1

    To Order: Upload an image of your actual medal ribbon bar for our reference. Make sure it is a good resolution, close-up cell image.

  • Step 2

    Keep an eye on your email, we'll reach out to you within 2-4 business days after you've ordered, with a software preview/rending of your badge for your approval.

  • Step 3

    Following your approval of the software preview, the time required to produce your patch is 7 to 10 days.

  • Step 4

    Eagerly await your custom badge! We ship orders within the USA via USPS Priority Mail, or Canada Post Expedited within Canada.
